IPTV buffering — how to stop it

Buffering means the stream is arriving slower than it plays. In 9 out of 10 cases it's your connection. Wire the device in or use 5GHz Wi-Fi and buffering usually disappears.
Likely causes
- Slow or congested internet (under ~15 Mbps for HD)
- Wi-Fi interference or distance from the router
- Peak-time server load
- Underpowered streaming stick
How to fix it, step by step
- Run a speed test — aim for 15 Mbps+ for HD, 30 Mbps+ for 4K
- Use an Ethernet adapter or move to 5GHz Wi-Fi
- Lower the stream to 720p in the player if your connection is limited
- Increase the buffer size in the app's settings, then ask support about an alternative server
