- Outdated app version causing crashes or login failures
- New server features needing a newer app
How to fix it, step by step
- On Android TV / phone / Apple TV: open the store and update the IPTV app
- On Fire TV: re-run Downloader to install the newest version over the old one
- On Smart TVs: remove and reinstall the app from the TV store
- Restart the device after updating
