Moving your subscription to a new device

You can move your IPTV Somalia subscription to a new TV, box or phone yourself — just install a player and enter the same login. For portal (MAG/Formuler) lines, send us the new MAC.
Likely causes
- New TV, box or phone
- Switched from a portal line to an app line, or vice-versa
How to fix it, step by step
- Install an IPTV player on the new device
- Enter the same Xtream/M3U details you already have
- For MAG/Formuler/STB portal lines, send us the new device's MAC to authorise it
- Message us if you want to reset which devices are active
