How to install and set up Duplex Play
- Install Duplex Play / Duplex IPTV from your TV's app store and open it
- Note the Device ID and Device Key shown on screen
- Go to the Duplex web portal on a phone or PC and sign in with those
- Add a playlist (M3U or Xtream) with the details we send and save
- Restart the app on your TV to load the Somali channels
Troubleshooting
- Portal rejects the ID: double-check the Device ID and Key from the app
- Old playlist showing: remove it and re-add, then restart the app
Good to know
Some TV models require a small one-time Duplex activation. That is separate from your IPTV Somalia subscription.
