Terms

Terms of service

The short version: try free first, pay for a fixed period, no contract, and talk to us on WhatsApp whenever something needs fixing. The details are below.

1. The service

IPTV Somalia provides access to live TV channels streamed over the internet, including Somali channels and international channels, with catch-up and an electronic programme guide where available. Channel line-ups depend on what broadcasters make available and can change over time.

2. Free trial

Every new customer can request a free trial before paying. The trial is meant for testing picture quality and stability on your own device and internet connection. No payment details are required to try.

3. Subscriptions and renewals

Subscriptions are sold for fixed periods — 1, 3, 6 or 12 months — at the prices published on our pricing page. There is no contract: a subscription simply runs for the period you paid for and stops unless you choose to renew. We will remind you before your plan ends.

The number of simultaneous devices depends on your plan (1 device on the 1- and 3-month plans, 2 on the 6-month plan, up to 4 on the yearly plan). You can install the app on more devices, but simultaneous streams are limited to your plan.

4. Payment

Orders are arranged through WhatsApp. We confirm your plan and the payment options available for your country before you pay. Pay only after your trial, once you are satisfied with the service.

5. Fair use

Your login is for your household. Sharing or reselling login details without our agreement may lead to suspension. Please contact us if you want a reseller arrangement or a multi-home family setup — plans exist for that.

6. Availability

We aim for reliable, buffer-free streaming and operate anti-freeze servers, but no internet service can promise perfection: your local internet quality, device performance and events on the broadcaster's side all affect the picture. If something does not work, contact support — most issues are fixed in minutes, and our help centre covers the common ones.

7. Support and contact

Support is available on WhatsApp at +44 7307 410512, in Somali, Arabic and English. This is also the fastest channel for billing questions, renewals and moving your subscription to a new device.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
